Policy
Terms of Use
These terms cover use of the website. A fence installation or repair is governed by the written proposal for that job, not by a slogan on a page.
Effective date: September 26, 2026. The site at cztcux.com is operated by CZTCUX, 1740 E 30th St, Indianapolis, IN 46218.
Using the site
You may read the pages and send an estimate request. You may not misuse the site, attempt to break it, or scrape it in a way that degrades service for others. Content is for information about our services.
Estimates
Prices are not published as a standing offer. A proposal after a visit, once accepted, is the agreement for the work it describes. Photos, cost factors, and examples on the site are illustrations, not a bid for your property.
No professional guarantee of code outcome
Pool barrier and height rules vary. We build to the requirement we identify for the property. The authority having jurisdiction decides compliance. Nothing here is legal advice.
Intellectual property
The text and layout of this site are owned by the operator. Photographs are used as style references. You may not copy the site into another fence website.
Acceptable contact
Do not send unlawful, abusive, or misleading requests. We may decline work that is outside the services described, including underground pet collar systems, interior stair railings, and deck construction.
Disclaimers
The site is provided as available information. We do not warrant that every page is free of error, or that a third-party host will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make solely from reading the site without a proposal.
Limitation
Where the law allows a limit, liability related to use of the website itself is limited to the amount you paid us to use the website, which is nothing. Liability for installed work is handled in the job agreement, not expanded by these website terms.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new effective date. Job contracts already signed are not rewritten by a website edit.
