Information you submit

The estimate form asks for your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, fence type, the service you need, project details, and a consent confirmation. If you use the form, your browser prepares an email. Until a form endpoint is connected, that email is sent by you from your own mail program. We receive what you choose to send.

Cookies

This website’s own pages do not set advertising or analytics cookies. We do not run a third-party analytics tag on this version of the site. A hosting or security provider, including a service such as Cloudflare if one is placed in front of the domain, may set a strictly necessary cookie to deliver or protect the site. Those cookies are described in the cookie policy.

Technical information

Servers that host the site may record IP address, browser type, date, and the page requested in ordinary connection logs. Those logs are used to operate and secure the site, not to build an advertising profile on this version of the website.

How we use information

Estimate details are used to reply, to decide whether the ZIP code is in range, and to prepare a visit or a proposal. We do not sell personal information. We do not use form contents for unrelated marketing lists.

Providers

Email delivery, website hosting, and security services may process messages or connection data so the site can function. They are not authorized to use your estimate request for their own marketing. If a form endpoint is added later, this policy will name that change.

Retention

Estimate correspondence is kept long enough to answer the request, schedule work, and meet ordinary record needs for a job that proceeds. Messages that do not become a job are not kept as a marketing database.

Security

No website transmission is perfectly secure. Do not send account passwords or payment card numbers through the estimate form. Payment details, if a job proceeds, belong on an invoice process, not in the public form.

Your choices

You may ask what estimate information we have from you and ask us to delete a request that did not become a contract, subject to records we must keep if work was performed. Email infoestimates@cztcux.com. You may also refuse non-essential cookies as described in the cookie policy. Because this site does not run analytics cookies of its own, there is no analytics opt-out banner to accept.

Children

The site is a business service for property owners and managers. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Updates

If this policy changes, the effective date on this page will change. Continued use of the site after an update means you are looking at the current version.
